People have a LOT of trouble &quot;conditioning our minds&quot; in a VACUUM.  We are gregarious by nature, anthropologically speaking.  And we don&#039;t do so well on our own... as a species.  But OTHERS help our minds to stay healthier.  Engaging with others brings challenges, new information, comfort, checks and balances, and... with practice, even the anti-social can smooth out their rough edges, and become graceful with others... with great benefit accruing to all parties involved.]]></description>
