  2. I believe that avoiding prepared foods is a first step to lose weight. They may taste good, but packaged foods currently have very little vitamins and minerals, making you take in more just to have enough energy to get with the day. When you are constantly taking in these foods, converting to whole grains and other complex carbohydrates will make you to have more power while consuming less. Thanks alot : ) for your blog post.
